The Project Expo & Competition 2025 provides a dynamic platform for students to showcase their innovative ideas, technical skills, and creative solutions to real-world challenges. Participants present working models / prototypes across the three provided domains, highlighting their problem-solving abilities and teamwork. The event aims to encourage innovation, interdisciplinary learning, and practical application of engineering concepts. Outstanding projects will be recognized and awarded by a panel of Experts.
Eligibility: Students between 9th grade – 12th grade.
A maximum of four students must be registered as a group by the school.
Participants should be present at the venue by 9.00 AM and projects should be demo-ready in the venue provided.
There cannot be any overlap of team members.
Participants should carry their college or school ID cards.
The selected teams need to prepare a prototype related to their project and it should be demonstrated to the jury members. The time allotted for each team for presentation will be 5–6 minutes.
Power supply will be provided at the stalls. Only one plug point will be provided. Any other requirements for conducting the experiment should be mentioned, prior to registration.
The selected project will be decided based on the innovation, concept, model, presentation skills of the team members.
At least one member of a team must be present inside the designated area at all times. For any loss of property or damage, MVJCE management will not be responsible.
Any sort of misconduct or misinformation of any kind will lead to disqualification of the team.
